Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- In case of high demand, order processing may take an additional 2-3 days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options through reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. The shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Estimated delivery times for domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (only available for select locations)
- For international orders, delivery times vary by destination. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Undeliverable Packages:
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve it from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
